Shipping Policy
We are an Australian business, with Australian stock, and ship Australia wide.
Delivery Time:
We aim to have your goods shipped out within 24 hours of the order (if ordered on a working day). This division of our business has been set up for online and direct purchases, and reduced overheads, allowing us to focus our fast order turnaround, dispatch and delivery to you We are purely online which allows us to be efficient in production.
Carriers:
We use a range of different carries for the shipment of goods.
Including: Australia Post, Fasta Couriers, Civic Couriers, Road Ready and Startrack.
Shipping Price:
- We offer FREE shipping on goods up 25kg within metro
- For goods weighing between 25-50KG = $40
- Heavy goods weighing 50KG+ = $150
The freight charge will appear in the cart as it is dependent on the weight of the product. Not only do we offer free shipping but we also endeavor to have your goods shipped out to you within 24 hours from placing your order.
Please note that if you require goods to be delivered to a non-metro or remote location where freight costs may be excessive, we will contact you to organize the most cost effective delivery arrangement for you.
Tracking details:
We provide tracking details once items are shipped out so you can confidently track the shipment to your door. If you do not receive your goods we will do our best to track down the missing parcel and get the goods delivered to you in a timely matter.
