HOW HEAVY IS MY MIPRO PORTABLE PA?

Portable PA systems vary in size and weight. Some units are as light as 2.3kg and have the ability to cover an audience of up to 50 people. (This being the Mipro MA101). Larger units can weigh up to 20.5Kg and have an audience coverage capacity of up to 400 people. Medium size units like the Mipro MA-705 weigh only 10Kg and can cover an audience of up to 150 people.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN MY PORTABLE PA COVER?

Smaller units will easily cater for 50 people whereas larger systems like the Mipro MA707 or 708 will easily address an audience of up to 400.

WHAT MIPRO PORTABLE PA IS BEST SUITED FOR A CELEBRANT?

For a Celebrant we usually suggest a Mipro MA707 as it is able to cater for large groups although if the weight of the system is a concern we would suggest the Mipro MA705 as it is a lighter unit.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 3 MIPRO MICROPHONES?

Lapel mic- A small mic that clips onto your shirt, this is commonly used in theatre or by Priests and celebrants.

Headworn Mic – A flexible gooseneck that is worn around your head, great for fitness instructors or tour guides.

Hand held mic – Wireless microphone that you hold and is great for speaking in groups or for weddings. (the lapel and headworn microphone must always be partnered with a belt pack)

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST ON MY MIPRO PA?

For general speech use the battery will last about 6 - 7 hours. The battery life will reduce if it’s being used for loud music.

CAN I USE BOTH WIRELESS MICROPHONES ON MY MIPRO AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, providing your PA system has two internal wireless receivers (1 receiver required per microphone). Both receivers have independent volume controls allowing the user to set independent volumes.
